We offer support for parents feeling overwhelmed by the responsibilities or 'trapped', or are unsure of the best steps to take for themselves, and their family.
I also work with parents. As a mum of 3 young kiddo’s, I understand the ups and downs, twists and turns of parenthood, as well as the many challenges children can experience. Being a parent can be tough, and watching your child, or children, struggle is stressful, exhausting, heartbreaking. I use research-driven, family-focused therapy approaches to build strength, resilience and growth of children, parents and the family unit.
